| Workshop for New Executives with Senior Rank |
1. To understand current national situation and international affairs as well as strengthening decision making and leadership for executives to be competent in their duties.
2. To cultivate new executives with Senior Rank to possess the ability of strategic, creative, and macro-vision management.

Those who become new executives with Senior Rank in one year and have not joined similar trainings or workshops at central and local government under Executive Yuan. And those who have to join workshops for management and capacity development according to the item 2, provision 14 of “Promotion Law of Civil Servants.” |
