Workshops for Middle and High-level Civil Servants

Civil Service Development Institute (henceforth CSDI) is responsible for conducting on-the-job training for civil servants from the Executive Yuan and local agencies. Based on the training framework, workshops offered by CSDI for middle and high-level civil servants are as follows:
1.High-level workshops: National Policy Workshops, High-level Leadership Workshops, Local Leadership Workshops, Public Governance Workshops for High-level Manager, and Issue Management Workshops for High-level Manager.
2.Middle-level workshops: Section Chief Competency Workshops(Basic/Advanced), Middle-level Manager Workshops, and Basic-level Supervisor Workshops.
The workshops use multiple teaching methods and include practical activities; assessments are conducted as well. Trainees are expected to apply the learned skills to their jobs, to improve lateral communication and build collaborative networks.
