Organizing Public Governance Training for Senior-Level Civil Servants

Two "Senior-Level Public Governance Training" workshops were held in 2023 with the goal of fostering strategic, innovative, and macroscopic governance abilities among senior executives, strengthening their transformative leadership and cross-domain integration capabilities to boost governmental efficiency. The first session had 27 participants and lasted seven days from July 3 to July 6 and July 19 to July 21. The second workshop, which was initially intended to last seven days, was set for September 4–7 and September 20–22. However, a typhoon on September 4th forced the suspension of courses, which forced the curriculum to be changed and resulted in the cancellation of field trips. The modified sessions were attended by a total of 18 participants.
