The Civil Service Development Institute (CSDI) is excited to present a dynamic Human Rights and Transitional Justice Program for the year 2024. Designed for all civil servants in the Republic of China (Taiwan), our program aims to provide participants a comprehensive understanding of human rights. This program focuses on empowering civil servants to integrate human rights concepts into their daily tasks in public administration. Through engaging case studies and on-site visits, participants would realize universal values on human rights and then enhance their operational skills with human rights ideas. To meet all these needs, CSDI offers two types of courses as follows.

Human Rights and Transitional Justice Course: 

• Transitional Justice Basic Class 
• Transitional Justice Basic Class (Distance Learning) 
• Human Rights Basic Class (Distance Learning) 
• Human Rights Special Class 
• Equality and Non-Discrimination Special Class

International Human Rights Conventions Course: 

• International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) Class 
• Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) Class 
• Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) Class 
• Committee against Torture (CAT) Class
