To promote the Bilingual 2030 policy, the Civil Service Development Institute (CSDI) has launched blended learning programs that combine three popular topics - negotiation, English speaking, and English writing. The 3 - day training programs integrate digital, distance, and face-to-face learning, aiming to strengthen the bilingual digital learning proficiency of public servants and enhance their workplace competencies.
