To align with the government’s policy of streamlining personnel and reducing budgets while ensuring operational efficiency and service quality, our institute aims to provide a high-quality and diverse modern learning environment that meets the requirements for the sustainable development of government civil services.
According to the “Act for Promotion of Private Participation in Infrastructure Projects,” the facilities of our Taipei campus are outsourced and operated by the Howard Civil Service International House under the OT (Operation and Transfer) model. This arrangement will let us provide better training, conference and seminar venues, dining, accommodation, leisure, and related services. To comply with Article 70-2 of the “Act for the Development of Tourism”, the Howard Civil Service International House should obtain the hotel registration by January 21, 2025.
Since Howard Civil Service International House has obtained the hotel registration on September 22, 2023, we are the first training institute to obtain hotel registration in the context of promoting private participation in infrastructure projects and serves as a model for encouraging such participation.
We sincerely invite you to visit!
