To enhance the management capabilities of non-supervisory senior civil servants and improve their practical skills in issue management and public discourse, we have organized an Issue Management Workshop. The workshop covers a wide range of topics, including public dialogue, policy discourse, case studies, sustainable development topics, and artificial intelligence. Through simulated press conferences that integrate in-person and online Q&A sessions, participants will play the roles of the speaking group and the questioning group to enhance their abilities in listening, communication, and responding to unexpected situations.
