To diversify the learning methods adopted in civil servant training programs while fostering relevant core competencies, such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving, the CSDI (Nantou Office) has completed the establishment of training facilities designed for five low element challenge courses, including “Island Hopping,” “Spider Webbing,” “Whale-Watching,” “Bagua Footworking,” and “Mohawk Walking.” Through “feet-on” activities mentioned above, these courses are expected to enhance the mutual trust, collaboration, strategic planning, and decision-making among the participants.
