To help civil servants develop team identity and enhance their leadership skills, CSDI has organized this “Workshop for Team Establishment.”
This workshop employs various teaching methods, including case study analysis, games, group discussion, and hands-on exercises. Through these activities, participants will learn how to provide effective guidance to pilot within team members, spread workload properly, and lead their teams to achieve shared goals.
