The “Workshop for Thematic English-Speaking” adopts the mode of distributed learning, held between 6:30 PM and 9:30 PM every Friday in June, with 12 hours of training in total. To effectively enhance civil servants’ communication skills in spoken English, this workshop engages scenario-based English instruction that covers a wide array of themes for daily conversation. The content includes: Commonly used vocabulary, phrases, idioms, and expressions. A large number of group discussion sessions are also added to improve the participants’ English communication abilities through real-time dialogue practices in English.
