“Taiwan AI Government Talent Office” (TAIGTO) Launched to Accelerate AI Talent Incubation and Innovative Transformation in the Public Sector

The “Taiwan AI Government Talent Office” (TAIGTO) began official operation on July 22, 2025. The inauguration ceremony, co-hosted by Convener Chun-Jung Su, Minister of the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan, along with the two Deputy Conveners, was held at CSDI’s Taipei Office. TAIGTO officials convened their first meeting later the same day.
As a platform for cross-ministerial coordination, TAIGTO is organized to integrate government resources to cultivate public service AI professionals and to advance innovative applications. The initiative aims to build a vibrant AI talent incubation ecosystem and strengthen the public sector’s AI-based capacity for digital transformation.
