The primary objective of this workshop is to enhance the capabilities of junior non-supervisory officers in analysis, execution, and communication, unlock their full potential, and improve work efficiency.This workshop adopts a “digital-first, practice-focused” training model. All participants shall complete one hour of self-directed online learning on AI literacy before the in-person sessions to build a digital mindset. The classroom sessions focus on four core competencies: Workplace Communication Skills, Problem Analysis and Strategic Solutions, Work Planning Tactics, and Accountable Execution. These sessions will be conducted through hands-on exercises to deepen and reinforce the intended learning outcomes.
